You may cancel a service project within 3 days of the initial deposit for a full refund, provided no substantive work has commenced. After work begins, deposits are non-refundable to cover resource allocation.
For large projects, payments are tied to approved milestones. Once a milestone (e.g., design mockup approval) is accepted and paid for, that portion is non-refundable as the work is considered complete.
Due to the nature of digital goods (templates, assets), all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable unless the file is proven to be technically defective.
We strive for excellence. If you are unsatisfied, we offer revision rounds as per the agreement to fix issues before any discussion of partial refunds, which are handled on a case-by-case basis.
